Hello All...
I'm a desendent of John Beach 1, Nathaniel 2, Josiah 3, Matthew 4, Stiles 5, Sally Sarah Samatha 6, Emily Anne 7, Irene Emily 8, Ruth Emily 9, Emily Bess 10, (Me) Linda 11.

My confussion starts with Emily Anne's Husband's side...
Sally born a Beach back in 1816... married Ralph Swartout about 1840. Their daughter Emily married Marshall Beach in 1867, his father was William Nelson Beach born in Ct. about 1802 or 03. Who married Emily Beckwith, of Oswego, New York. Her father was Dr. Wm. Beckwith, also of Oswego.

I have been unable to connect William Nelson with any one.
Hoping to find his connection.
So if this sounds confussing to any of you... Well it is just that.
I have tryed going through Eugene Beach Jr. who was unable to make the connection.
My Beach family has lived in Ct., N.Y., Ohio, and Michigan. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I also have a small booklet my grandmother wrote in 1982, about some of the Beach fokelore. Called 'The Way it Was' Which I will share in the future.
